Pickens found the end zone and made several acrobatic catches throughout the game, while Winfield's late interception helped seal the win for his conference.
The NFC trailed 52-36 in the third quarter of the contest, but was able to come back and win following touchdown grabs by Pickens as well as Cowboys teammates CeeDee Lamb and KaVontae Turpin.
The AFC had an opportunity to tie the game late, but a pass from Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow bounced off the hands of fellow Bengal Ja'Marr Chase and into the arms of Winfield.
"I had a great time," Winfield told ESPN's Laura Rutledge after the game (h/t ESPN's Brooke Pryor). "We all just fought hard, played with each other and we just did our thing and won. Shout out to the NFC."
Pickens finished with 39 yards on three catches.
"It was super fun with all the guys," Pickens told Rutledge. "Kind of like Antoine says, shout out to the NFC, man."
The 24-year-old is coming off a breakout 2025 campaign, hauling in a career-high 93 receptions for 1,429 yards and nine touchdowns in 17 games. Pickens also averaged 15.4 yards per reception.
As for Winfield, he ended his 2025 season with 93 tackles, eight passes defended, four tackles for loss, two interceptions and one sack.
