Sanders perhaps didn't have a Pro Bowl-caliber season, 1,400 yards, seven touchdowns and 10 interceptions and going 3-4 in seven starts, but he was nonetheless added to the roster as a replacement for New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye.
"Thank you God," Sanders said in a statement. "I'm beyond excited and extremely grateful for all the love and support from the coaches, players, and fans. This wouldn't be possible without the support behind me. Still plenty of work to do."
The Pro Bowl will take place on Tuesday, and Sanders will look to give fans a show.
