A former Seattle Seahawks quarterback-running back duo showed love to the team's new quarterback-running back duo on Sunday.

After the Seahawks downed the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC championship, Russell Wilson, Marshawn Lynch and Richard Sherman hyped up Sam Darnold and Kenneth Walker III.

Wilson and Lynch led the Seahawks to a Super Bowl victory in 2013 and reached the Super Bowl again in 2014, but came up short against the New England Patriots. More than 10 years later, Seattle is on its way to the Super Bowl again and will get another matchup against the Patriots.

Darnold and Walker have proved to be a similarly dominant duo to Wilson and Lynch. Darnold, who is in his first season with the Seahawks, recorded 4,048 passing yards and 25 touchdowns this year. Walker posted 1,027 yards and five touchdowns this season.

In Sunday's NFC championship, Darnold threw for 346 yards and three touchdowns, and Walker rushed for 62 yards and a touchdown while adding 49 yards through the air.

Seattle will have its hands full against the Patriots in the Super Bowl. New England finished the year 14-3, which tied both the Broncos and Seahawks for the best record in the league.

Few teams have looked as good as Seattle in the final half of the season, though, so the Seahawks should feel good heading into the game.
