Tom Brady Reacts to Mike Vrabel, Drake Maye, Patriots Reaching NFL Super Bowl 60 on Video
Tom Brady showed love to one of his former teammates after he reached the Super Bowl on Sunday.
During Fox's broadcast of the NFC championship game between the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks, Brady gave a shoutout to Mike Vrabel and the New England Patriots for beating the Denver Broncos in the AFC championship.
"He went to New England, no one was quite sure how'd they do," Brady said. "Back-to-back 4-13 seasons, and they turn it into a road AFC victory in Denver."

Brady and Vrabel were teammates from 2001 to 2008, winning three Super Bowls while on the Patriots together.
Vrabel returned to New England ahead of the 2025 season and has picked up where he left off. The Patriots had missed the playoffs in the three years prior to Vrabel's arrival and went 4-13 in both 2023 and 2024.
His presence has quickly turned things around.
The Patriots dominated the 2025 campaign, going 14-3 to match the Broncos and Seattle Seahawks for the best record in football. New England downed the Los Angeles Chargers in the wild-card round and the Houston Texans in the divisional round before handling business against the Broncos on Sunday.
Vrabel has been on a handful of Patriots championship teams, but now he'll have the chance to lead the team to one as a coach. Brady seems to believe his former teammate can do it.
