Jarrett Stidham, Broncos Trolled in SNL Video After Bo Nix Injury Before AFC Title Game vs. Patriots

Jarrett Stidham has officially reached the big time.

The Denver Broncos quarterback was referenced, albeit not in a flattering light, in a skit on Saturday Night Live. One running joke during the piece is that ESPN sideline reporter Lisa Salters, played by Teyana Taylor, is already writing Denver off and doesn't even know who Stidham is.

Shortly after their 33-30 overtime victory over the Buffalo Bills, Denver announced starting quarterback Bo Nix fractured a bone in his right ankle. He'll miss the remainder of the NFL playoffs.

As a result, Stidham is approaching his first start since the 2023 season. He hasn't even thrown a pass in the last two years.

The SNL writing team captured the general skepticism surrounding the Broncos' odds of beating the New England Patriots on Sunday with their backup under center.

Stidham will deserve an on-air response if the top-seeded Broncos silence their doubters and win a fourth Super Bowl title.
