Bo Nix's Wife Izzy Shares Photo of Broncos QB After Season-Ending Injury vs. Bills

Saturday was surely an emotional roller coaster for Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix, as he led his team to an overtime victory over the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Divisional Round but was then ruled out for the remainder of the postseason because of a fractured ankle.

Nix's wife, Izzy, captured some of that emotion with a photograph of the quarterback surrounded by head coach Sean Payton, teammates and members of his family:

"I snuck this picture because I wanted to remember this moment forever," she wrote. "The joy, followed by the heartbreak, followed by watching each teammate and coach come to this little corner and sit by Bo's side."

Next up for the Broncos is an AFC Championship Game matchup with the New England Patriots, which was only possible because of Nix's efforts this season.

Now it will be up to Jarrett Stidham to lead the way under center after being elevated to the starting role.
