Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR, Seattle Seahawks

The probable Offensive Player of the Year will have the opportunity to feast on a 49ers defense that has allowed the 12th-most passing touchdowns this season. Throw in a depleted defense with little remaining depth, and you have a match-up nightmare for San Francisco.

Against the same 49ers squad in Week 18, Smith-Njigba caught six passes for 84 yards. In their Week One match-up, he corralled nine balls for 124 yards.

For the Seahawks to win and advance to the NFC Championship Game for the first time since 2015, they will need their star wide receiver to perform up to the moment.

He has done that thus far this season against San Francisco, and considering the uphill battle facing the 49ers, there is no reason to believe he will not have another huge fantasy day at home.

Dalton Kincaid, TE, Buffalo Bills

The Denver Broncos had one of the best defenses in football in 2025 but if there is one area in which they are susceptible, it is against tight ends. The No. 1 seed in the AFC ranked in the middle of the pack against the position in fantasy this season, giving up 8.1 points to opponents.

With the Bills wide receiver room depleted even further following injuries to Gabe Davis and Tyrell Shavers added to list that already includes Curtis Samuel and Joshua Palmer. With Kalil Shakir, Keon Coleman, and Brandin Cooks the only remaining options, do not be surprised to see quarterback Josh Allen lean on Kincaid and Dawson Knox in Saturday's game.

Kincaid was targeted five times in the Wild Card win over Jacksonville and caught a touchdown. While the Broncos defense will look to take away Allen's targets on the perimeter, Kincaid can do damage in the middle of the field and in the red zone as the Bills look to cash their ticket back to the AFC Championship and, potentially, to their first Super Bowl in 32 years.
