Texans Tweet Letter for Fans to Be Excused from Work to Watch Steelers Game, 'It's a City Priority'

The Houston Texans are doing their part to give fans time off to watch Monday's NFL playoff game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Describing the situation as a "city priority," the Texans posted a mock letter fans can hand their employers in an effort to call it a day after lunch:

The contest kicks off at 7:15 p.m. CT, which should give a lot of people in Houston enough of a buffer to work a full shift and get settled in at home before the action is underway.
