US Figure Skating Championships 2026 Results, Latest Schedule After Friday

Amber Glenn became the first woman to win three straight U.S. figure skating championships since Michelle Kwan.

Glenn won her third straight women's title with an exception free-skate program that also booked her trip to the 2026 Milan Olympics.

Glenn will be the top American woman headed to Italy. She is aiming to become the first American medalist in the women's singles event since Sarah Hughes in Turin in 2006.

The conclusion of the women's competition highlighted Friday's skating in St. Louis. The men's singles free skate and the free dance competition take place on Saturday to finish up the U.S. figure skating championships.

Amber Glenn won her third consecutive U.S. women's title on Friday night.

Glenn became the first woman since Michelle Kwan to win three straight national titles. Kwan won eight straight from 1998-2005.

The 26-year-old is the best American hopeful to win gold in Milan. She missed out on the 2022 Olympics due to COVID.

Glenn will likely be joined in Milan by Alysa Liu and Isabeau Levito, who finished behind her in the women's competition,

The Olympic team won't be confirmed until the weekend, but Glenn, Liu and Levito have consistently been the top three American women.

Alisa Efimova and Misha Mitrofanov won their second straight U.S. title with a first-place finish in the free skate on Friday night.

Efimova and Mitrofanov won both the short program and free skate this week in St. Louis.

As of right now, Efimova and Mitrofanov will not participant at the Milan Olympics. Efimova has yet to become a United States citizen, per The Athletic's Zack Pierce.

A late push will be made for the paperwork to be completed, but for now, Ellie Kam and Danny O'Shea are the top U.S. pairing headed to the Olympics.

The United States has not won a medal in the pairs competition since the 1988 Calgary Olympics.
