John Harbaugh Gets 7-Minute Tribute Video from Ravens After Being Fired
The Baltimore Ravens fired head coach John Harbaugh on Tuesday, but they took time to reflect on the success he enjoyed during his 18-season tenure on Wednesday.
Baltimore released a tribute video that was more than seven minutes long and opened with clips of his introductory press conference. It also included some of the most memorable moments of his time with the team, including the Super Bowl title, on-field successes, speeches in the locker room and work in the community:

"I'm proud to be the football coach of the Baltimore Ravens. This is the opportunity of a career," Harbaugh said during that introductory press conference clip that was included. "It's a dream of ours, and we've had it for a long time. We can't wait to get started."
It's safe to say he more than lived up to the expectations in that dream.
He went 180-113 during his 18 seasons and made the playoffs 12 times. He also led the Ravens to the Super Bowl title during the 2012 season, forever cementing his spot in franchise history.
That Super Bowl is featured prominently in the tribute video and is likely extra memorable for Harbaugh since he defeated his brother, Jim, and the San Francisco 49ers.
While he made the playoffs twice as many times as he didn't with the Ravens, Harbaugh fell just short of the postseason during the 2025 campaign.
Had Baltimore defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers in Sunday's season finale, it would have won the AFC North and would be preparing for a home playoff game. Instead, it is looking for a new coach after it fired Harbaugh.
NFL insider Jordan Schultz reported team owner Steve Bisciotti was "frustrated" with Baltimore's "lack of playoff success in recent years." Baltimore is just 3-5 in Lamar Jackson's postseason starts and has not returned to the Super Bowl since winning that Lombardi Trophy.
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport also reported Harbaugh "lost the locker room" this season, which contributed to the front office's decision.
It surely wasn't the end of his tenure that the legendary coach envisioned, but he enjoyed plenty of success with the Ravens and will surely have plenty of opportunities in the near future.
And the team wanted to take some time after the dust settled from the decision to celebrate that success.
