Myles Garrett, Matthew Stafford Among NFL Stats Leaders for 2025-26 Season
While the individual awards for the 2025-26 NFL season are yet to be announced, some of the league's best players clinched statistical titles Sunday.
Myles Garrett was the headliner, as he set the NFL single-season record with his 23rd sack during the Cleveland Browns' victory over the Cincinnati Bengals. But he was far from the only notable name to secure his spot atop the statistical leaderboards.
Here is a look at some of the NFL's most notable stat leaders for the season:

All eyes were on Cincinnati on Sunday, as Garrett still needed one sack to set the record after he missed out during Cleveland's penultimate game of the campaign. And it seemed like he would miss out on the record entirely when he failed to notch a sack during the first three quarters against the Bengals.
Yet the moment came with just more than five minutes remaining, as Garrett exploded at the snap and got to Joe Burrow in an instant.
While it was a season to forget for the Browns, it was a moment that the future Hall of Famer will surely always remember. And it was also a moment that all but clinched the eventual 2025 Defensive Player of the Year award for the star pass-rusher.
Offensively, Matthew Stafford bolstered his MVP candidacy by throwing for 259 yards, four touchdowns and zero interceptions in the Los Angeles Rams' 37-20 victory over the Arizona Cardinals.
He finished as the league leader in passing yards and passing touchdowns, and the MVP race seems to be between him and Drake Maye of the New England Patriots.
Stafford wasn't the only member of the Rams who finished atop different statistical leaderboards, as Puka Nacua led the league in catches while Davante Adams led the league in receiving touchdowns despite playing just 14 games.
Yet it was an NFC West rival in Jaxon Smith-Njigba of the Seattle Seahawks who finished with more receiving yards than anyone else.
All those talented wide receivers might be on a collision course in the playoffs, as Seattle is the NFC's No. 1 seed while Los Angeles is the No. 5. If the Rams defeat the Carolina Panthers in the Wild Card Round, they could be in line to face the Seahawks in the Divisional Round depending on the other outcomes.
Winning that one would be more important than any receiving statistic titles.
