49ers' Deommodore Lenoir Rips Troy Aikman After JSN Comments in Deleted NSFW IG Post
After falling to the Seattle Seahawks on Saturday night, San Francisco 49ers cornerback Deommodor Lenoir took his anger out on ESPN analyst and Pro Football Hall of Famer Troy Aikman.
Lenoir took to Instagram to post a message making it clear that he didn't appreciate Aikman's assessment of his matchup against Seahawks receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
"Y'all think I give a f--k what Troy Aikman has to say," Lenoir wrote in a since-deleted Instagram story (h/t Sam Neumann of Awful Announcing). "Clearly his eyes rollin in the back of his head when the game is on. Y'all show me where 11 (Jaxon Smith-Njigba) gave me work. Post every route every matchup."

Smith-Njigba led the Seahawks with six catches for 84 yards on eight targets in Saturday's 13-3 win, which gave Seattle the No. 1 seed in the NFC and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.
Aikman had pointed out that Lenoir called out Smith-Njigba during the week. The wideout was able to draw a pass-interference call on Lenoir in the end zone, drawing some criticism from the legendary quarterback.
"Lenoir talked this week about wanting to match up with JSN, and I thought it was pretty funny, because Lenoir hasn't matched up with anybody all season long," Aikman said on the ESPN broadcast. "When plays outside — which is most of the time — he is lined up in the left cornerback position all but one snap. Now, they're putting Jaxon Smith-Njigba to his side, so he's been assigned [to] him on a couple of throws already. So, it's clear that the Seattle Seahawks like that matchup."
There's a chance that the Seahawks and 49ers could meet again down the line in the postseason, so Lenoir could have the opportunity to back up his bravado. Until then, Smith-Njigba and Seattle will have the last laugh following Saturday's victory.
