The new season will feature five 50-minute episodes covering the road to SummerSlam, which includes a slew of noteworthy behind-the-scenes moments. The trailer featured Seth Rollins' fake injury at Saturday Night's Main Event, R-Truth's controversial release from WWE before his eventual re-hiring and more.
In addition to Rollins and R-Truth, the Superstars featured in the second season of WWE Unreal will be Becky Lynch, Cody Rhodes, Rhea Ripley, Pat McAfee, Jelly Roll, Iyo Sky, Naomi, Chelsea Green, Penta and Lyra Valkyria.
The first season of WWE Unreal debuted in July featuring appearances from the likes of CM Punk, John Cena, Roman Reigns, Charlotte Flair and The Rock. The series initially received some pushback from veteran wrestlers who prefer that the secrets of the pro wrestling business remain protected.
Still, it's clear that fans appreciated the chance to learn more about how WWE creates its magical moments, as well as seeing larger-than-life Superstars reveal more about themselves.
The second season of WWE Unreal will officially be released on Jan. 20, giving fans some extra content to enjoy on the road to the Royal Rumble on Jan. 31.
