Super Bowl 2026 Bracket Predictions and Odds for Favorites Entering Week 18

Zach BuckleyJan 1, 2026

The new year is here, and soon the NFL will have a new Super Bowl champion.

Or maybe a repeat champion if the Philadelphia Eagles have anything to say about it.

For all of the focus on Week 18's impact on the playoff bracket, the biggest storyline is always the Super Bowl chase. And the way the oddsmakers see it, this field is loaded with potential champions.

After dissecting the playoff picture and what's at stake in Week 18, we'll close with a predicted bracket and a rundown of the latest Super Bowl odds from DraftKings Sportsbook.

AFC Playoff Picture

1 of 3
Steelers Ravens Football

Division Leaders

1 Denver Broncos (13-3; clinched AFC West)

2. New England Patriots (13-3; clinched AFC East)

3. Jacksonville Jaguars (12-4; clinched playoff berth)

4. Pittsburgh Steelers (9-7)

The Broncos are one win (over the Trey Lance-quarterbacked Chargers) away from securing the No. 1 seed. There really shouldn't be much to see at the top of the AFC bracket barring a brutal meltdown by Denver.

The Jaguars need a win over the Titans to take the AFC South title. The Steelers will host a winner-take-all tilt with the Ravens that will crown the AFC North champs on Sunday night.

Wild-Card Race

5. Houston Texans (11-5; clinched playoff berth)

6. Los Angeles Chargers (11-5; clinched playoff berth)

7. Buffalo Bills (11-5; clinched playoff berth)

The Texans are still in the AFC South hunt, but they need both a win over the Colts and a Jags' loss to the Titans to claim the division title. It doesn't feel super likely, but stranger things have happened.

The Bills could climb as high as No. 5 with a good deal of help, but a win over the Jets and a loss by either the Texans or Chargers would get them up to No. 6.

In the Hunt

9. Baltimore Ravens (8-8)

Reality is quite simple for the Ravens. Win in Pittsburgh, and they're in as the No. 4 seed. Lose to their division rivals, though, and it's curtains on this campaign.

Eliminated

8. Indianapolis Colts (8-8)

10. Miami Dolphins (7-9)

11. Cincinnati Bengals (6-10)

12. Kansas City Chiefs (6-10)

13. Cleveland Browns (4-12)

14. Tennessee Titans (3-13)

15. New York Jets (3-13)

16. Las Vegas Raiders (2-14)

NFC Playoff Picture

2 of 3
49ers Seahawks Football

Division Leaders

1 Seattle Seahawks (13-3; clinched playoff berth)

2. Chicago Bears (11-5; clinched NFC North)

3. Philadelphia Eagles (11-5; clinched NFC East)

4. Carolina Panthers (8-8)

The Seahawks have a straightforward path to cementing the No. 1 seed: They just need a road win over the red-hot 49ers to make it happen. Should Seattle stumble in this spot, it would tumble down to the No. 5 seed.

The Bears are a home win over the Lions away from securing the No. 2 seed. But if they lose and the Eagles beat Washington, Philadelphia will be second and Chicago would have to settle for third.

The Panthers are NFC South champions with a road win over the Buccaneers, but a loss wouldn't necessarily knock them out. If Tampa Bay wins and Atlanta beats New Orleans, then Carolina would win a three-way tie and still take the division.

Wild-Card Race

5. San Francisco 49ers (12-4)

6. Los Angeles Rams (11-5)

7. Green Bay Packers (9-6-1)

The 49ers' path to No. 1 is just as simple as the Seahawks': Win on Saturday night. The difference for San Francisco is that it could slip down to No. 6 with a loss and a Rams' win over the Cardinals.

The Packers can't move up or down; they're the NFL's only team locked into its postseason seed.

In The Hunt

11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-9)

After the Falcons' upset of the Rams on Monday, the Buccaneers must now follow a two-step path to the NFC South title. Step one is beating the Panthers. Step two is having the Saints beat the Falcons.

Eliminated

8. Minnesota Vikings (8-8)

9. Detroit Lions (8-8)

10. Dallas Cowboys (7-8-1)

12. Atlanta Falcons (7-9)

13. New Orleans Saints (6-10)

14. Washington Commanders (4-12)

15. Arizona Cardinals (3-13)

16. New York Giants (3-13)
