Nicklas Bendnter has embraced his cult-hero status, and now he's using it for a good cause, too.

The Dane has been given the nickname "Lord Bendtner" by fans during his long, checkered Arsenal history, but the Wolfsburg man is putting his best "LORD" foot forward.

Bendtner donated a sign to the Special Olympics in Los Angeles with a message of support for the participants, nothing that the forward is a "proud supporter."

Well played, Lord.
