The Ravens kept their playoff hopes alive with a 41-24 win over the Green Bay Packers on Saturday, but they'd be eliminated from postseason contention if the Steelers are able to defeat the Browns.
Huntley started in the win against the Packers, as Lamar Jackson was sidelined due to a back injury.
He has some familiarity with Sanders, as the two spent time together on the Browns' roster in training camp before Huntley was released on Aug. 24.
Sanders has completed 58.3 percent of his throws for 1,056 yards and six touchdowns compared to seven interceptions in five starts this season.
