Florida State quarterback Tommy Castellanos declared for the 2026 NFL draft on Tuesday.
"To my family, friends, coaches, and teammates and everyone who has supported me along this journey thank you for believing in me and pushing me to become the man I am today," Castellanos said as part of a statement posted on social media.

The 22-year-old is coming off a senior season with the Seminoles in which he completed 58.3 percent of his throws for 2,760 yards and 15 touchdowns compared to nine interceptions.
He also rushed for 557 yards and nine scores.
247Sports' Clint Brewster previously evaluated Castellanos as a transfer in Dec. 2024.
"He capitalizes on scramble plays but has the arm to deliver effectively when he has clear vision," Brewster wrote in his scouting report. "Arm talent and power behind throws are adequate and he shows a natural throwing stroke. Castellanos' weakness is not being able to see the full field at times and missing open players downfield."
Castellanos will look to boost his individual stock throughout the pre-draft process, as he wasn't listed among the top 14 quarterbacks in the 2026 class as part of the latest big board from Bleacher Report's NFL Scouting Department.
The 2026 NFL draft begins on April 23.
