Trevor Lawrence, Jaguars Hyped as 'Legit' by NFL Fans After Win vs. Bo Nix, Broncos
Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars proved themselves as contenders in the AFC with their double-digit road win over the Denver Broncos.
Lawrence and the Jags pulled away in the 34-20 win during the third quarter with a pair of touchdowns. Denver was unable to stage another come-from-behind win against the AFC South leader.

The win in Denver impressed many NFL fans and showed that the Jags are a legitimate team to watch in the postseason.
Lawrence threw for 279 yards and three touchdowns. That followed up a five-touchdown game through the air against the New York Jets last week. Lawrence also ran in a touchdown.
The Jaguars moved within one game of the Broncos in the hunt for the No. 1 seed in the AFC. They haven't clinched a playoff berth yet, but they can do so if the Indianapolis Colts lose on Monday night to the San Francisco 49ers.
The Jaguars finish the regular season against the Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans, two games they will be favored to win. A path to the No. 1 seed requires another Denver loss, but at minimum, the Jags made a clear statement of intent in the AFC with their Week 16 win.
