Bills' Dawkins Reveals He Lost 14 Pounds Due to Illness, Wanted Myles Garrett Matchup
Dion Dawkins' recent illness took a toll on him, but it wasn't going to keep him out of Sunday's matchup against the Cleveland Browns.
The Buffalo Bills' offensive lineman revealed after Sunday's win that he couldn't eat this week because of an illness, which led to him losing 14 pounds. Despite the significant weight loss, Dawkins said he couldn't miss a chance to go up against Myles Garrett.

Dawkins did his job for the most part, limiting Garrett to just half of a sack. Garrett came into Sunday's game with 21.5 sacks, meaning he needed just one sack to break the NFL's single-season sack record.
He'll almost certainly break that record in the coming games after tying it on Sunday, but Dawson made sure that Garrett would have to wait at least a week to make history.
Dawkins and the Bills improved to 11-4 with the win and they're now just a game behind the New England Patriots, who sit in first place in the AFC East. Dawkins will look to bounce back from a week of sickness and be fully healthy for next week's contest against the Philadelphia Eagles.
