Chicago recovered an onside kick after a late field goal and scored with just 24 seconds remaining to force a 16–16 tie, sending the game into overtime and ultimately securing the victory on a DJ Moore score.

The Bears' win was powered by Williams, who finished with 250 passing yards and two touchdowns on 19-of-34 attempts, connecting with Jahdae Walker for one score and Moore for the game-winning touchdown, with Moore adding 97 receiving yards.
Love was replaced by Malik Willis in the second quarter after taking a hit from defensive lineman Austin Booker that resulted in head-to-head contact. Love was later ruled out with a concussion, per the team.
Before his exit, Love had 77 yards on 8-of-13 passing attempts. Willis stepped in and threw for 121 yards on 9-of-11 attempts, including a touchdown to Romeo Doubs.

Green Bay will host the Baltimore Ravens in Week 17 and close out the regular season on the road against eliminated division rivals, the Minnesota Vikings, in Week 18.
