The Eagles ended up securing a 29-18 win, clinching a playoff berth to go along with their second consecutive NFC East title. Meanwhile, the Commanders fell to 4-11.
Kinlaw finished the game with three tackles, while Martin recorded two tackles.
Philadelphia only held a 14-10 lead through three quarters, but found the end zone on two of its first three drives of the fourth to put the game out of reach for Washington.
The Eagles excelled offensively, amassing 385 total yards and picking up 26 first downs while averaging 5.8 yards per play.
Jalen Hurts was efficient both in and out of the pocket, finishing 22-of-30 for 185 yards and two touchdowns without getting picked off. Hurts also rushed for 40 yards on seven attempts.
Meanwhile, Saquon Barkley amassed 132 yards and a touchdown on 21 carries.
The Eagles and Commanders have had several memorable clashes throughout their shared tenure as division foes, but the rivalry has been one-sided as of late. Philadelphia owns a record of 8-2 in its last 10 games against Washington.
This includes last season's NFC Championship Game, with the Eagles advancing to Super Bowl LIX following a 55-23 win.
Both teams will face off again to close out the regular season on Jan. 4.
