Week 16 Fantasy Football Rankings with Flex and PPR Outlook for Each Position
Week 16 should be an exciting one for fantasy football managers who are still alive in season-long leagues. The slate is filled with playoff-caliber matchups, like Thursday's battle between the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks or Saturday's showdown between the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears.
Yes, there is a pair of games scheduled for Saturday, so don't forget to set lineups early.
Here, you'll find updated point-per-reception (PPR) rankings for each key flex position, along with some potential sleepers to consider targeting on the waiver wire.

14. Derrick Henry, Baltimore Ravens
15. RJ Harvey, Denver Broncos

21. Tyrone Tracy Jr., New York Giants
22. Jaylen Warren, Pittsburgh Steelers
23. Rico Dowdle, Carolina Panthers
24. Ashton Jeanty, Las Vegas Raiders
25. Tony Pollard, Tennessee Titans
Miami Dolphins running back De'Von Achane has an excellent chance to lead all flex players in fantasy this week. Keeping pace with Puka Nacua, who racked up 46.5 fantasy points on Thursday, won't be easy. However, Achane has the skill set and the matchup to get it done.
Achane has averaged 20.8 fantasy points this season and has arguably the best matchup of any player in Week 16. The Miami Dolphins will host the Cincinnati Bengals, who have surrendered more fantasy points to opposing RBs than any other team.
The New York Jets have surrendered the second-most fantasy points to opposing running backs this season, which is great news for New Orleans Saints running back Devin Neal.
The New York Giants have surrendered the third-most fantasy points to opposing running backs, which is great news for Aaron Jones managers. The Minnesota Vikings starter splits time with Jordan Mason but tends to see the bulk of the receiving work.
Jones has averaged just 9.2 fantasy points this season, but he's a strong streaming option in Week 16.
Managers looking for a sleeper might want to consider New Orleans Saints backs Evan Hull and Audric Estimé. The Saints recently placed Devin Neal on injured reserve and have already ruled out Alvin Kamara.
The Saints are also set to face the New York Jets, who have surrendered the second-most fantasy points to opposing RBs.
Wide Receiver

1. Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions
2. Ja'Marr Chase, Cincinnati Bengals
3. CeeDee Lamb, Dallas Cowboys
4. Nico Collins, Houston Texans
5. A.J. Brown, Philadelphia Eagles
6. Chris Olave, New Orleans Saints
7. Jameson Williams, Detroit Lions
8. Mike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
9. George Pickens, Dallas Cowboys
10. DK Metcalf, Pittsburgh Steelers
11. Michael Wilson, Arizona Cardinals
12. Tetairoa McMillan, Carolina Panthers
13. Jaylen Waddle, Miami Dolphins
14. Courtland Sutton, Denver Broncos
15. Jauan Jennings, San Francisco 49ers
16. Wan'Dale Robinson, New York Giants
17. Zay Flowers, Baltimore Ravens
18. DeVonta Smith, Philadelphia Eagles
19. Terry McLaurin, Washington Commanders
20. Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings
21. Jakobi Meyers, Jacksonville Jaguars
22. Chris Godwin, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
23. Ladd McConkey, Los Angeles Chargers
24. Stefon Diggs, New England Patriots
25. D.J. Moore, Chicago Bears
26. Jayden Reed, Green Bay Packers
27. Emeka Egbuka, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
28. Adonai Mitchell, New York Jets
29. Jordan Addison, Minnesota Vikings
30. Michael Pittman Jr., Indianapolis Colts
Nacua and Jaxon Smith-Njigba both had impressive performances on Thursday, which leaves a lofty bar for fantasy's remaining receivers in Week 16. If there's a wideout who can challenge those two, though, it's Detroit Lions superstar Amon-Ra St. Brown.
The Lions are set to host the Pittsburgh Steelers, who have struggled mightily against the pass at times this season. While Pittsburgh has only allowed the 11th-most fantasy points to opposing WRs, St. Brown is the sort of high-volume target who can put up league-leading points in any favorable matchup.
Of course, Steelers wideout DK Metcalf will also have a chance to shine in that game, as the Lions have surrendered the second-most fantasy points to opposing WRs. While Aaron Rodgers doesn't tend to funnel the ball to Metcalf, he has tremendous upside this week.
Metcalf also racked up 14.5 fantasy points despite logging just three receptions last week.
Los Angeles Chargers receivers Ladd McConkey and Keenan Allen also loom as strong streamers in Week 16. They'll face a Dallas Cowboys defense that has surrendered the most fantasy points to opposing WRs.
Green Bay Packers wideout Jayden Reed currently looms as an intriguing sleeper against the Chicago Bears, who have surrendered the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing WRs. Fellow Green Bay wideouts Dontayvion Wicks and Christian Watson are both listed as questionable.
Tight End

1. Trey McBride, Arizona Cardinals
2. George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers
3. Brock Bowers, Las Vegas Raiders
4. Kyle Pitts, Atlanta Falcons
5. Dallas Goedert, Philadelphia Eagles
6. Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs
7. Darren Waller, Miami Dolphins
8. Dalton Schultz, Houston Texans
9. Tyler Warren, Indianapolis Colts
10. Dalton Kincaid, Buffalo Bills
11. Harold Fannin Jr., Cleveland Browns
12. Colston Loveland, Chicago Bears
13. Oronde Gadsden II, Los Angeles Chargers
14. Jake Ferguson, Dallas Cowboys
15. Theo Johnson, New York Giants
16. Juwan Johnson, New Orleans Saints
17. Brenton Strange, Jacksonville Jaguars
18. Hunter Henry, New England Patriots
19. Mike Gesicki, Cincinnati Bengals
20. Dawson Knox, Buffalo Bills
Managers can trust Arizona Cardinals tight end Trey McBride, even in a tough matchup.
Arizona will face the Atlanta Falcons, who have surrendered the second-fewest fantasy points to opposing tight ends. However, McBride has essentially become matchup-proof since Jacoby Brissett took over for Kyler Murray at quarterback. He hasn't fallen below 10 fantasy points in a game since Week 5.
Managers looking for a can't-miss matchup should run with Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert. The 30-year-old has topped 15 fantasy points in each of his past two games and has tallied 17 targets over that span. On Saturday, he and the Eagles will face a suspect Washington Commanders secondary.
Washington has surrendered the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing TEs this season.
No team has surrendered more fantasy points to opposing TEs than the Bengals, which makes Darren Waller a prime sleeper to target on the waiver wire. The Dolphins rank second behind Cincinnati but have still given up five full fantasy points, on average, to tight ends this season.
