CC Sabathia Posts POV Video of Ja Rule's Viral Golf Swing That Hit Bystanders

Even famous rappers shank on the golf course every now and then.

At the Derek Jeter Invitational at Baha Mar in the Bahamas this week, Ja Rule was teeing off when he hit a line drive towards a number of people in attendance. One person in the crowd was Hall of Fame pitcher CC Sabathia, and he posted his POV on social media after the fact.

In Ja Rule's defense, it seems he had some serious pressure on him with a few celebrities in attendance plus heckling from the announcer.

While his shank at Derek Jeter's invitational mirrored that of a person with little golf experience, Ja Rule has been interested in the game for a while. He told Golfweek's Adam Schupak that he got into golf during the pandemic in 2020. He also said that he's a 15 handicap and plays for a pro-am team.

He also told Schupak that he's "the best hip-hop golfer," though his viral shank isn't a great look.
