Bills' Josh Allen Says He Throws Up 'Basically' in 'Every Game' After Viral Video

Doric SamDec 15, 2025

Buffalo Bills star quarterback Josh Allen's upset stomach during Sunday's game against the New England Patriots is nothing new.

Allen was seen in a viral video throwing up on the sidelines early in the fourth quarter with the Bills trailing by three points. However, that didn't stop him from leading Buffalo to a 35-31 comeback victory.

After the win, Allen made it clear that he's not dealing with an illness and the nausea is fairly normal for him.

"If they don't catch it every game, I don't know. It basically happens every game," Allen told reporters (h/t Raven Brunner of People). "If I don't get enough out pregame, it usually happens at halftime. If I don't get enough at halftime, it usually happens in the third or fourth quarter. I don't know why I do it. It just happens. It's due to nothing else other than a weird feeling. You got to get it out."

Allen threw for 193 yards and three touchdowns in the win. Bills running back James Cook scored the go-ahead touchdown with 6:48 left in the fourth quarter, and the team managed to hold on for its third straight victory.

Buffalo (10-4) will try to keep the momentum going when it faces the Cleveland Browns (3-11) in Week 16.
