Shedeur Sanders Reveals He Has Back Injury After Viral Video in Browns' Loss to Titans

Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders made waves for his apparent fashion choices in Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans, but he's setting the record straight.

A viral video showed Sanders appearing to wear thong underwear, but he revealed during a FaceTime call with his brother, Shilo, that it was actually tape to help mitigate the effects of a back injury.

"You forgot I have a back injury, right? So, I get my back taped," Sanders said around the 6:24 mark. "But that is crazy that it did look like that, that's funny though!"

Sanders threw for 364 yards, three touchdowns and an interception while adding a team-high 29 rushing yards and another score. Unfortunately, his big day wasn't enough for a victory, as the Titans came away with a 31-29 win over the Browns.

Sanders will try to help the Browns (3-10) stop a two-game skid when they meet the Chicago Bears (9-4) on Sunday.
