What Is Tee Higgins' Injury Status for Bengals-Ravens With WR in Concussion Protocol?
After previously sitting out in Week 13 due to a concussion, Cincinnati Bengals star Tee Higgins is back in the concussion protocol following Sunday's loss to the Buffalo Bills.
Head coach Zac Taylor announced on Monday that Higgins went back into the protocol after experiencing concussion-like symptoms on Sunday night.

There were two plays against the Bills when Higgins' head appeared to hit the turf hard. He went to the blue medical tent on the sideline for evaluation both times, but was allowed to return to the game.
The NFL and NFLPA issued a joint statement on the situation, via ESPN's Adam Schefter:
"Tee Higgins was evaluated twice in game and cleared to return. After the game, in discussion with club medical personnel as part of a postgame evaluation, he notified the team he was experiencing symptoms and was immediately placed in the concussion protocol."
Higgins was asked about the hits he took and potentially sitting out the remainder of the game during his postgame press conference in the locker room.
Higgins sat out Cincinnati's 32-14 win over the Baltimore Ravens on Nov. 27 due to a concussion he suffered four days earlier against the New England Patriots.
Per the Bengals' injury report, Higgins was a limited participant in their first practice last week before being a full participant on Thursday and Friday. He officially cleared concussion protocol on Friday.
The 26-year-old caught six passes for 92 yards and two touchdowns against Buffalo.
Higgins will once again go through the protocol this week to determine his status for Sunday's game against the Ravens at Paycor Stadium.
The Bengals' path to the playoffs essentially requires them to win each of their final four games and have the Pittsburgh Steelers lose three times in the next four weeks.
