Week 15 Fantasy Football Rankings and Break Down for Each Position
Week 14 wrapped on Monday night, meaning the postseason has officially arrived in most season-long fantasy leagues. If you've made it to the playoffs, congrats. Now the pressure is on.
The good news is that bye weeks are now a thing of the past. The bad news is that it's win-or-go-home time, meaning every lineup decision will be critical. Matchups will matter.
Here, you'll find early point-per-reception (PPR) rankings for Week 15, along with some top matchups worth highlighting.
Quarterback
1 of 5.jpg)
1. Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams
2. Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles
3. Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals
4. Drake Maye, New England Patriots
5. Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills
6. Brock Purdy, San Francisco 49ers
7. Jaxson Dart, New York Giants
8. Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs
9. Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys
10. Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
11. Jared Goff, Detroit Lions
12. Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens
Matthew Stafford is coming off a game with 23.2 fantasy points, and he might be even more productive in Week 15. The Los Angeles Rams star has averaged 20.2 fantasy points this season but has an enticing matchup against the Detroit Lions.
The Lions have surrendered the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this season.
Baltimore Ravens signal-caller Lamar Jackson also has a favorable matchup this week, as the Cincinnati Bengals have surrendered the second-most fantasy points to opposing QBs. However, something seems to be off with Jackson, who had 22.1 fantasy points in Week 14 but failed to reach 10 points in his three previous games.
On the other end of the spectrum, Jacoby Brissett looks like a quarterback to avoid. the Arizona Cardinals' signal-caller has been a fine fill-in but is set to face a Houston Texans defense that has surrendered the fewest fantasy points to opposing QBs this season.
Running Back

1. Christian McCaffrey, San Francisco 49ers
2. Bijan Robinson, Atlanta Falcons
3. Jahmyr Gibbs, Detroit Lions
4. Derrick Henry, Baltimore Ravens
5. Travis Etienne Jr., Jacksonville Jaguars
6. James Cook, Buffalo Bills
7. Bucky Irving, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
8. Jonathan Taylor, Indianapolis Colts
9. Chase Brown, Cincinnati Bengals
10. Josh Jacobs, Green Bay Packers
11. TreVeyon Henderson, New England Patriots
12. Saquon Barkley, Las Vegas Raiders
13. Quinshon Judkins, Cleveland Browns
14. Kyren Williams, Los Angeles Rams
15. Jaylen Warren, Pittsburgh Steelers
While Jackson is becoming difficult to trust, managers should believe in Ravens running back Derrick Henry. He's averaging 14.5 fantasy points this season and has topped 17 points in three of his last four games.
The Bengals, meanwhile, have surrendered more fantasy points to opposing running backs than any other team. Henry logged 17.4 fantasy points against Cincinnati two weeks ago.
Jacksonville Jaguars star Travis Etienne Jr. has a great matchup against the New York Jets. New York has surrendered the second-fewest fantasy points to opposing RBs. Etienne had 21.2 fantasy points in Week 14 and could top that if the Jags get out to an early lead against New York.
Jets running back Breece Hall, meanwhile, projects as a risky play in Week 15. The Jags have surrendered the fifth-fewest fantasy points to opposing running backs, and New York may roll with undrafted free agent Brady Cook, with both Justin Fields and Tyrod Taylor ailing.
Wide Receiver

1. Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Seattle Seahawks
2. Puka Nacua, Los Angeles Rams
3. Davante Adams, Los Angeles Rams
4. Ja'Marr Chase, Cincinnati Bengals
5. Nico Collins, Houston Texans
6. George Pickens, Dallas Cowboys
7. Rashee Rice, Kansas City Chiefs
8. A.J. Brown, Philadelphia Eagles
9. Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions
10. Jaylen Waddle, Miami Dolphins
11. Tetairoa McMillan, Carolina Panthers
12. Terry McLaurin, Washington Commanders
13. Jameson Williams, Detroit Lions
14. Chris Olave, New Orleans Saints
15. Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings
16. DeVonta Smith, Philadelphia Eagles
17. Ladd McConkey, Los Angeles Chargers
18. Jakobi Meyers, Jacksonville Jaguars
19. Chris Godwin, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
20. Wan'Dale Robinson, New York Giants
Seattle Seahawks star Jaxon Smith-Njigba leads all wide receivers with an average of 22.1 fantasy points per week. He's likely to stay at the top of the yearly rankings following a favorable matchup against the Indianapolis Colts.
The Colts have surrendered the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers this season.
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua ranks second behind Smith-Njigba, and he'll have a legitimate chance to finish as WR1 for the week. The Rams will host the Detroit Lions, who have surrendered the second-most fantasy points to opposing WRs.
Managers should be wary of Cardinals wideout Michael Wilson, along with Brissett, this week versus Houston. The Texans have surrendered the fourth-fewest fantasy points to opposing receivers, and there's a chance that Marvin Harrison Jr. (heel) could return for Arizona.
Wilson has shined with Harrison sidelined but had just 6.6 fantasy points when Harrison played in Week 13.
Tight End

1. George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers
2. Brock Bowers, Las Vegas Raiders
3. Tyler Warren, Indianapolis Colts
4. Trey McBride, Arizona Cardinals
5. Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs
6. Brenton Strange, Jacksonville Jaguars
7. Harold Fannin Jr., Cleveland Browns
8. Mark Andrews, Baltimore Ravens
9. Jake Ferguson, Dallas Cowboys
10. Theo Johnson, New York Giants
11. Hunter Henry, New England Patriots
12. Dalton Kincaid, Buffalo Bills
13. Kyle Pitts, Atlanta Falcons
14. Oronde Gadsden II, Los Angeles Chargers
15. Juwan Johnson, New Orleans Saints
The Colts lost quarterback Daniel Jones to a torn Achilles in Week 14, which led to an unexpected slump by rookie tight end Tyler Warren. With Riley Leonard in for much of the game, Warren finished with a season-low 3.7 fantasy points.
Still, managers should trust that the Colts will get Leonard up to speed and find ways to funnel the ball to Warren in a must-win game against Seattle. The Seahawks, for the record, have surrendered the fifth-most fantasy points.
Cleveland Browns rookie Harold Fannin Jr. is coming off a game with 25.4 fantasy points and is set to face a Chicago Bears defense that has surrendered the 10th-most fantasy points to opposing TEs. While he might not see the volume of top tight ends like Warren, Trey McBride, and Brock Bowers, he should be a reliable starter this week.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Cade Otton looms as a player to avoid this week. He hasn't been a big-time contributor in Tampa's offense this season, and the Atlanta Falcons have surrendered the second-fewest fantasy points to opposing TEs.
