Ravens' Lamar Jackson Ready for Week 14 'Playoff Game' vs. Aaron Rodgers, Steelers

Baltimore Ravens star Lamar Jackson discussed the playoff implications of an AFC North matchup with Aaron Rodgers and the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 14.

"Right now, for the situation we're in, it's definitely a playoff game for us," Jackson said Friday, per ESPN's Jamison Hensley.

The Ravens and Steelers both sit atop the division standings with identical 6-6 records, but they're still set to face off against each other two more times before the regular season comes to a close. It isn't difficult to imagine both contests determining the winner of the AFC North and the recipient of a home playoff game.

Baltimore is in the midst of an impressive turnaround, as it opened up the 2025 season with a 1-5 record while Jackson dealt with a hamstring injury. The Ravens have thrived since the two-time MVP's return, riding a five-game win streak before losing to the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 13.

Despite a subpar performance against the Bengals while managing a toe issue, Jackson has been sharp when healthy. He's completed 64.8 percent of his throws for 1,841 yards and 15 touchdowns compared to four interceptions.

Jackson has also picked up 264 yards and one score on the ground.

The Steelers have been trending in the opposite direction compared to the Ravens, as they started the year with a 4-1 record before going 2-5 in seven games since.

Pittsburgh's offense has struggled as of late, failing to score more than 10 points in two of its past four contests.

Still, a win over the Ravens could give the Steelers some momentum towards a division crown.

Kickoff between Baltimore and Pittsburgh is on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.
