The Special Olympics once helped  Jamaal Charles  realize just how talented of an athlete he was, and now the Kansas City Chiefs star wants to use his own experience to inspire others.

Charles delivered a great speech at the Special Olympics this weekend. As he addressed the Olympians, the four-time Pro Bowler admitted that growing up with a disability wasn't easy. However, what he endured made him stronger and turned him into who he is today.

After sharing his story, Charles went on to lead the crowd in the athlete oath:

Charles' message is something that should inspire everyone, regardless of age.
