For the closing ceremony, athletes will receive a red, white and blue puffer jacket. The coat contains several Team USA patches as well as large "2026" patches on the front waist.
The closing ceremony attire also includes a sweater similar to the one that athletes will wear during the opening ceremony, highlighted by an American flag and the five Olympic rings.
"We are creating something that we know has to become timeless and has to be something that people will wear forever and appreciate forever," Ralph Lauren chief branding and innovation officer David Lauren said, per Alyce Brown of the Associated Press. "So in creating jackets like this and creating things, we're looking at the things that we most cherish. Things that are already enduring parts of the Ralph Lauren lexicon, and then we'll build on that."
Ralph Lauren has served as the official designer of Team USA's Olympic outfits since 2008.
The opening ceremony for the 2026 Games is set for Feb. 6.
