Ben Johnson Explains Ripping Off Shirt in Viral Video After Bears' Win vs. Eagles
Ben Johnson is a man of the people.
The Chicago Bears head coach turned heads Friday when he took off his shirt in celebration of the team's 24-15 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles. Such a move was notable because the Chicago restaurant, The Wieners Circle, revealed in October it would give away free hot dogs if the coach took off his shirt following a victory this season:

After Johnson did just that, the restaurant announced it will give away free hot dogs on Tuesday.
"Any chance you get to feed a city, you want to do it," Johnson told reporters Monday. "Man of the people."
This is not the first time The Wieners Circle has made national headlines for a free hot dogs promotion involving the Bears. In September, it revealed it would give away free hot dogs if quarterback Caleb Williams threw four touchdown passes against the Dallas Cowboys.
Williams did so, and thousands of Chicagoans ended up with a free lunch.
That win over the Cowboys kickstarted the Bears' turnaround this season.
It was their first victory following an 0-2 start, but the team is now the No. 1 seed in the NFC standings with a 9-3 record. The win over the Eagles was Chicago's fifth in a row and one that may have made believers out of some doubters considering it came against the reigning Super Bowl champions.
The Bears controlled the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball and ended up running for 281 yards and two touchdowns. The performance left many in the Philadelphia crowd booing the Eagles off the field as Johnson's team continued to announce itself as a playoff contender in his first season as head coach.
Whether the run results in a deep playoff push or not remains to be seen, but it has at least led to free food for the people of the city.
