
Charlie Puth to Sing National Anthem for NFL Super Bowl 60, Pregame Singers Announced
The National Anthem singer for this season's Super Bowl has been revealed.
It was announced during NBC's broadcast of Sunday Night Football that Charlie Puth will sing the National Anthem. It was also revealed that Brandi Carlile will sing "America the Beautiful," while Coco Jones will perform "Lift Every Voice and Sing."
Puth, a four-time Grammy-nominated artist known for songs like "Attention" and "See You Again," is set to release his fourth studio album, "Whatever's Clever!," on March 6.

Carlile's most recent album, "Who Believes in Angels?" with Elton John, is nominated for two Grammys, and she has won 11 overall.
Jones, who stars in "Bel-Air" on Peacock, has won one Grammy and is nominated for best R&B album of the year.
Along with Puth, Carlile and Jones' performances, the pregame show will feature American Sign Language (ASL) performances from Deaf music artist Fred Beam and Deaf music performer Julian Ortiz. Beam will perform "Lift Every Voice and Sing," and Ortiz will perform "America the Beautiful."
The halftime show, headlined by Puerto Rican artist Bad Bunny, will feature a multilingual signing program incorporating Puerto Rican Sign Language for the first time in Super Bowl history. Deaf Puerto Rican performer Celimar Rivera Cosme will lead signing for the halftime show.
"Super Bowl Sunday is the world's biggest entertainment stage, and we're proud to spotlight artists who embody the very best of music and culture," said Jon Barker, senior vice president of global event production for the NFL (h/t Variety's Jem Aswad). "Beyond the game itself, the Super Bowl is a global celebration. These artists bring a distinct voice to the moment, helping set the tone for a day that will captivate fans around the world."
