Keegan Bradley Beats Tommy Fleetwood, Wins Historic $2.1M Skins Game on Black Friday
Making its triumphant return after a 17-year absence, the Skins Game returned in spectacular fashion on Black Friday with Keegan Bradley coming out on top in the four-man event that also included Tommy Fleetwood, Shane Lowry and Xander Schauffele.
Bradley won 11 total skins to earn $2.1 million, with the biggest shot being a birdie putt on the 12th hole that was worth four skins and $900,000.

Fleetwood also came out ahead with $1.7 million, followed by Thomas in a distant third with $200,000 and poor Schauffele earned zero dollars.
The $900,000 putt from Bradley was the richest single-hole payout at a Skins Game for a brief period of time. Since the prize money for each hole increased later in the rounds, Fleetwood's win on the final wound up being the high mark of the day at $1.125 million.
Bradley earned five skins earlier in the round on No. 5 after no one was able to win the opening four holes.
Each player started out with $1 million, but the catch was a "reverse purse" format that deducted money from them when another player won skins.
Lowry, who filled in after Justin Thomas had to withdraw due to a hip injury, made out okay with one skin and $200,000 considering he wasn't expected to be part of the festivities until two weeks ago.
Even though Schauffele is going empty-handed in terms of actual cash payout, he at least got to have a Happy Gilmore moment by getting one of those big checks that everybody else got.
Prior to Friday's event, the richest individual payout in Skins Game history was in 2001 when Greg Norman won $1 million.
This year marked the first Skins Game event since 2008. It was an annual event for 25 years from 1983 to 2008 and was traditionally held in November or December, following the conclusion of the PGA Tour season.
Even though the Skins Game doesn't count toward official PGA Tour money results, Bradley's $2.1 million payout on Friday puts him over $10 million in earnings this year when combined with his $8 million from PGA events.
