Predictions for Rhodes, Reigns, Lesnar and WWE Survivor Series 2025 Match Card
The annual Survivor Series premium live event is finally upon us, so it's time to offer some predictions.
This year's card will have two WarGames matches, one for the men and one of the women. There are also two title bouts set to take place.
The John Cena retirement tour will make a stop in San Diego as he defends the Intercontinental Championship against former titleholder Dominik Mysterio.
We will also see Nikki Bella challenge Stephanie Vaquer for the Women's World Championship in a match that grew more personal after Bella betrayed Vaquer.
Let's take a look at each match and provide some predictions.
John Cena vs. Dominik Mysterio

The John Cena farewell tour has been going much better in recent months following his disappointing run as a heel earlier this year. He even won his second title in 2025 when he defeated Dominik Mysterio for the intercontinental belt.
With The Last Time is Now tournament taking place, it makes the most sense to have Cena walk into his final match with the IC title so that whoever defeats him can also win the championship.
Dom has already benefitted a lot by interacting with The GOAT so much in recent weeks, and he already has the AAA Mega Championship, so he can take this loss and not lose any momentum.
This will probably be a fun match with some Judgment Day shenanigans, but Cena is walking out of Survivor Series with the IC belt still around his waist.
Prediction: Cena wins
Nikki Bella vs. Stephanie Vaquer

Bella was having a decent babyface run in WWE, but she wasn't winning many matches. That looks like it will change this weekend.
Having her turn heel on the women's world champion has helped breathe new life into her character, and La Primera is the perfect person to give her a great match that leads to a title change.
Vaquer has only held the title since Wrestlepalooza on September 20, so normally we would be picking her to retain in a situation like this. There is a good chance she wins it back down the line, so a shorter reign won't affect her too much.
WWE has already proved it wants buzzworthy moments more than it wants substantial title runs, so Bella winning on Saturday night seems to be the play.
Prediction: Bella wins
Women's WarGames Match

Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky and AJ Lee will battle Becky Lynch, Nia Jax, Lash Legend, Asuka and Kairi Sane inside the WarGames double cage this weekend.
The story behind this bout isn't very deep, but the lineup is more than enough to carry this match through the PLE. With the exception of Legend and Sane, every other competitor is a former world champion.
This contest could go either way and the result would make sense, but a babyface victory feels more likely.
Flair and Bliss are looking to gain some momentum after losing the tag titles, Ripley and Sky still have some unfinished business to settle, and Lee's feud with Lynch is still going strong.
Not only do we predict Ripley's team will win, but we will also go out on a limb and say it happens by having Lee defeat Big Time Becks.
Prediction: Ripley's team wins
Men's WarGames Match

Roman Reigns, CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Jey and Jimmy Uso will face Brock Lesnar, Bronson Reed, Bron Breakker, Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre in this year's men's WarGames match.
WWE has hammered home how much animosity still exists between Reigns and some members of his own team, and that feels like seeds being planted for them to lose.
Everyone on the babyface team will survive a loss, but the heel side has a lot more to gain in this scenario, especially Paul, Reed and Breakker.
WWE needs to start creating some new top stars who will carry the company once the current crop is gone, and that means it needs to give guys such as Breakker some victories in marquee matches.
Even with all the big names involved, the best outcome would be Breakker pinning either Punk or Rhodes to set him up for a world or WWE title shot down the line.

Dives From the Top of the Cage
The WarGames match almost always includes at least one person hitting a big move from the top of the cage, and this year has no shortage of Superstars who would be willing to take that risk.
Iyo Sky and Kairi Sane are the two most obvious options in the women's match for a spot like that, but it wouldn't be totally surprising to see Becky Lynch go for something like that.
In the men's match, Logan Paul and both Usos are the most likely candidates to take a leap of faith. After what happened the last time he jumped off the top of a cage, it's doubtful Reed will be taking that risk again.
Celebrities Galore
With Survivor Series taking place in San Diego this year, it opens the door for a lot of potential celebrity appearances, which we all know WWE loves to tout at every show.
With the Los Angeles Dodgers winning a second straight World Series, the likelihood of a few players showing up in the crowd with Dodgers WWE Championship belts is high.
Actors, musicians, comedians and athletes showing up at WWE events has become the norm now, so it would be shocking if we didn't see any in the state known for housing so many celebrities.
Brie Bella Helps Nikki Bella Win
Not only are we going to predict Nikki to win the women's world title, but we are also making the prediction that her sister, Brie, will help her do it.
Brie will likely come out and pretend she wants to help Vaquer only to be the second Bella to turn on her in the span of a month.
Having the Bellas reunite in WWE as heels just feels right.
