Week 13 Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Lineup Advice, Stars to Exploit and Sleeper Options

Kristopher KnoxNov 25, 2025

Week 12 wrapped with Monday night's NFC showdown between the Carolina Panthers and San Francisco 49ers. However, fantasy managers won't have much time to prepare for Week 13, which begins with a three-game Thanksgiving slate.

The Chicago Bears and Philadelphia Eagles will then face off on Friday.

The good news is that no teams are on bye this week, though injuries and bad matchups will still limit lineup options. Here, you'll find a few of the best and worst Week 13 matchups, along with a few sleepers who may be available on the waiver wire.

All picks and analysis are based on point-per-reception (PPR) scoring.

Start: Derrick Henry, RB, Baltimore Ravens

1 of 5
Ravens Vikings Football

Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry has been unusually inconsistent this season. However, he has topped 80 scrimmage yards in each of his last four games and has found the end zone three times over his last two.

Baltimore should keep getting the "good" version of Henry this week against the Cincinnati Bengals. No team has surrendered more fantasy points to opposing running backs this week than Cincinnati.

The other factor here is that Lamar Jackson hasn't been the same game-breaking dual-threat we're used to seeing. He's failed to reach 200 passing yards in three straight games, and he rushed for fewer than four yards per carry in each of his last two.

If Jackson can't carry the offense this week, Baltimore will dole out a healthy helping of Henry.

Sit: Javonte Williams, RB, Dallas Cowboys

Commanders Cowboys Football

Dallas Cowboys running back Javonte Williams has been surprisingly consistent this season, topping 10 fantasy points in nine of his 11 outings this season. However, his production has dipped a bit, as he hasn't been heavily used as a receiver since early in the year.

While Williams has averaged 16.2 fantasy points on the season, he's averaged just 9.9 points over his last three games.

Williams' role as a bona fide starter makes him a viable flex option in deeper leagues, but managers should try to turn elsewhere this week. The Cowboys are set to host a desperate Kansas City Chiefs team on Thursday, one that just held Jonathan Taylor to 8.6 fantasy points.

For the season, Kansas City has surrendered the fifth-fewest fantasy points to opposing running backs.

Start: Jakobi Meyers, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars

3 of 5
Chargers Jaguars Football

The Jacksonville Jaguars have themselves an established pair of productive receivers this season. It just hasn't been the duo that most expected. While Brian Thomas Jr. and Travis Hunter have both battled injuries and inconsistent play, Parker Washington and trade acquisition Jakobi Meyers have become go-to targets.

Washington and Meyers both shined in Week 12 and both are strong starts this week against a bad Tennessee Titans team. Tennessee has surrendered the third-most fantasy points to opposing receivers.

We're highlighting Meyers because there's a good chance that we haven't seen his ceiling in Jacksonville just yet.

Meyers has only been with Jacksonville for three games, and his production has risen each week. He had 11.4 fantasy points in Week 11 and 15 fantasy points in Week 12. He may continue on an upward trajectory this week as well.

Sit: Tre Tucker, WR, Las Vegas Raiders

4 of 5
Raiders Broncos Football

Tre Tucker has become the Las Vegas Raiders' top perimeter deep threat, especially since the team dealt Meyers to Las Vegas. However, consistency hasn't been his strongest trait this season.

Tucker tallied 14.7 fantasy points in Week 11 but failed to reach six fantasy points in two of his last three games.

Several issues have impeded Tucker's production, including inconsistent play by Geno Smith and a horrendous offensive line. Tucker broke free on several occasions against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, but Smith rarely had time to step up and throw an accurate ball. The result was three catches on 10 targets.

Things aren't likely to get much better for Tucker this week against the Los Angeles Chargers. The Chargers have surrendered the second-fewest fantasy points to opposing receivers.

Sleepers and Waiver-Wire Targets

Packers Giants Football
Packers WR Christian Watson

Christian Watson, WR, Green Bay Packers

Christian Watson has been one of Jordan Love's go-to targets since returning from last year's ACL tear. Yet, he remains available in over 50 percent of Yahoo and ESPN leagues.

On Sunday, Watson caught five of seven targets for 49 yards. On Thursday, he'll face a Detroit Lions defense that has surrendered an average of 29.3 fantasy points to opposing receiver groups.

Jayden Higgins, WR, Houston Texans

While Nico Collins is firmly established as the Houston Texans' No. 1 receiver, rookie Jayden Higgins is beginning to distance himself as the No. 2. He ranks third in both targets and receptions, behind Collins and tight end Dalton Schultz.

Higgins has topped 13 fantasy points in two of his last three games and is set to face an Indianapolis Colts defense that ranks in the bottom 10 against opposing receivers in fantasy. He's rostered in less than 25 percent of Yahoo and ESPN leagues.

Devin Neal, RB, New Orleans Saints

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo, Alvin Kamara appears to have avoided a serious knee injury. He's believed to have a knee sprain, though, and could still miss time.

This means backup Devin Neal could be considered a deep sleeper when the New Orleans Saints take on the Miami Dolphins based on workload and Miami's mid-tier run defense. Neal is available in over 95 percent of Yahoo and ESPN leagues.
