Biggest Sleepers at Every Position for Week 12 Fantasy Football 2025

Moe MotonNov 20, 2025

It's a tough week for fantasy football managers with top-16 wide receivers. The NFL suspended Ja'Marr Chase, while Drake London will likely sit out Sunday because of an injury. Jaylen Waddle, Ladd McConkey and Courtland Sutton are on a bye week. Fortunately, our sleeper options can fill some voids in your lineup.

This week's list features three wide receivers, one of whom is playing in just his third game for his current team. Still, he's in a highly favorable matchup.

As usual, injuries are a factor in these selections, but a few players can capitalize on opportunities in starting roles this week due to key absences.

Check out our biggest sleeper options who are available in more than 50 percent of leagues, according to FantasyPros' roster consensus percentages. We also listed DraftKings' daily fantasy sports price for each player.

QB Jacoby Brissett vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (30 Percent Rostered)

1 of 8
49ers Cardinals Football
Arizona Cardinals quarterback Jacoby Brissett

Last week, without wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., Jacoby Brissett threw for a career-high 452 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. For most of that game against the San Francisco 49ers, the Arizona Cardinals trailed multiple scores, which forced them into a pass-heavy attack.

This week, Brissett doesn't need to be in comeback mode to rack up passing yards against the Jacksonville Jaguars' 26th-ranked pass defense. This contest could be a high-scoring battle between two teams that give up big plays through the air.

The Jaguars allow the fifth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks. Brissett's top wideout, Harrison, will miss consecutive games, but he's built a strong rapport with Michael Wilson and Greg Dortch, who are capable of finding holes in Jacksonville's pass coverage.

Because of his favorable matchup, Brissett is the best sleeper option for managers looking for a spark at the QB1 spot.

RB Devin Singletary at Detroit Lions (35 Percent Rostered)

2 of 8
Giants Football
New York Giants RB Devin Singletary

The Detroit Lions rank eighth in total run defense, but they allowed 142 yards to the Minnesota Vikings and 148 yards to the Philadelphia Eagles in two of the last three weeks. If the New York Giants test the Lions' defensive front, Devin Singletary could handle close to 20 touches.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Giants want rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart to be "more careful" about his running style. He may take fewer hits on designed runs and instead hand the ball off to his running backs.

Furthermore, either Dart or Jameis Winston could play with a depleted wide receiver unit. Darius Slayton missed last week's game and the first practice of this week because of a hamstring injury.

Singletary has a lesser role than Tyrone Tracy Jr. in the passing game, but on a different note, he logged double-digit rush attempts in his previous outing, which was the first time this season.

In the absence of rookie running back Cam Skattebo, the seventh-year veteran could continue to see an uptick in touches against a run defense that's had a few leaks in recent weeks.

RB Michael Carter vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (7 Percent Rostered)

3 of 8
49ers Cardinals Football
Arizona Cardinals running back Michael Carter

Michael Carter may be the healthiest running back on the Arizona Cardinals' active roster. The team ruled out Emari Demercado for Sunday's game, and it designated Trey Benson for return from injured reserve, but he's participating in limited practices. Bam Knight is also limited because of an ankle injury.

The Cardinals' running backs have a tough matchup on the ground, but Carter saw a season-high seven targets last week. Jacoby Brissett may resort to dinking and dunking without Marvin Harrison Jr. for consecutive weeks.

If so, Carter could see a number of targets in addition to a handful of carries against the Jacksonville Jaguars, especially in a game script that requires the Cardinals to chase points in a potential high-scoring contest.

Keep an eye on Arizona's injury report. In all likelihood, Carter will share the backfield with Knight, who's less than 100 percent.

WR Jalen Coker at San Francisco 49ers (5 Percent Rostered)

4 of 8
Panthers Football
Carolina Panthers wide receiver Jalen Coker

Although it's tough to trust Bryce Young to replicate a 448-yard passing performance from the previous week, you can buy stock in his rapport with Jalen Coker.

In 2024, Young and Coker built an aerial connection that yielded big plays. As a rookie last season, the 24-year-old wideout averaged 14.9 yards per catch. This year, he missed five games because of a quad injury but is rounding back into regular-season form.

In Week 11, Coker caught four passes for 52 yards, his best outing of the campaign so far. He could pick up where he left off from the previous term.

Even if you believe the Carolina Panthers are pretenders with a winning record, Young may have to throw 35-plus passes to keep pace in this marquee Monday Night Football showcase.

Also, Coker has a plus matchup with the San Francisco 49ers, who are allowing the seventh-most fantasy points to wide receivers.

WR John Metchie III at Baltimore Ravens (1 Percent Rostered)

5 of 8
APTOPIX Jets Patriots Football
New York Jets WR John Metchie III

The New York Jets passing offense can't get any worse. Justin Fields threw for 170 yards, two touchdowns and an interception over the last two weeks. Gang Green announced it will bench him in favor of Tyrod Taylor.

The 36-year-old backup isn't going to lead a high-powered passing attack, but he's capable of completing high-percentage throws to his top targets.

Garrett Wilson will miss consecutive games on injured reserve, which leaves opportunities for backups to make a splash against the Baltimore Ravens, who rank 24th in passing yards allowed and give up the ninth-most fantasy points to wide receivers.

Last week, John Metchie III led the Jets with 45 receiving yards. He also scored a touchdown.

Managers should avoid Adonai Mitchell, who dropped multiple passes in the Jets' previous matchup with the New England Patriots. Metchie seems poised to be the go-to receiver until Wilson returns to action.

WR Devaughn Vele vs. Atlanta Falcons (1 Percent Rostered)

6 of 8
Saints Panthers Football
New Orleans Saints wide receiver Devaughn Vele

On Wednesday, the New Orleans Saints released Brandin Cooks. Although he didn't see a high volume of targets (25), the 32-year-old played 65.4 percent of the offensive snaps.

His departure will allow another receiver to at least see more action and potentially get more looks in the passing game.

Devaughn Vele could benefit most from Cooks' release. This past offseason, the Saints acquired him from the Denver Broncos. Two weeks ago, head coach Kellen Moore told reporters the second-year receiver will "have a healthy role" and "be very involved" in the offense for the second half of the season.

You should take Moore's words at face value now the Saints have parted ways with Cooks.

Vele could be the No. 2 receiver behind Chris Olave. If that's the case, take a shot starting him in a matchup with the Atlanta Falcons, who have allowed an average of nearly 30 points in their last four games.

TE Chigoziem Okonkwo vs. Seattle Seahawks (16 Percent Rostered)

7 of 8
Titans Bears Football
Tennessee Titans tight end Chigoziem Okonkwo

Tennessee Titans rookie quarterback Cam Ward has a banged-up wide receiver unit. Calvin Ridley is out for the season. Elic Ayomanor sat out Wednesday's practice with a hamstring injury. Fellow rookie fourth-rounder Chimere Dike is battling a chest injury, though he practiced in full to start the week.

Ward will face the Seattle Seahawks' stingy defense, but the unit struggles to cover tight ends. Seattle gives up the fifth-most fantasy points to players at that position.

Because of the Titans' receiver injuries and shallow gaps in Seattle's pass coverage, expect Ward to rely heavily on his tight ends to move the ball through the air.

Tennessee could feature Chigoziem Okonkwo and Gunnar Helm, though the former has a little more momentum coming into this matchup.

Okonkwo has racked up at least 53 receiving yards in two of the Titans' last three games.

TE Noah Fant vs. New England Patriots (4 Percent Rostered)

8 of 8
Jets Bengals Football
Cincinnati Bengals tight end Noah Fant

Noah Fant should be on your priority list of sleeper options.

First and foremost, he's likely to see an uptick in targets because of Ja'Marr Chase's absence due to a one-game suspension.

Secondly, quarterback Joe Burrow started the week with a full practice, signaling his potential return after toe surgery. His presence would further elevate any available pass-catcher for Sunday's game.

In terms of Fant's fantasy outlook, he's in a good spot regardless of who's under center for the Cincinnati Bengals. The New England Patriots are tied for ninth in fantasy points allowed to tight ends.

Whether it's Burrow or Joe Flacco throwing passes for the Bengals, expect Fant to be heavily involved in the game plan. Last week, against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the seventh-year tight end tied his season high in catches with five grabs.

Fantasy points scored against statistics are provided by FantasyPros.
