Packers' Christian Watson Responds to Video of Being Hit in Head by Pass vs. Eagles
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Christian Watson is owning up to his faux pas in Monday night's 10-7 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Watson made a major blunder when he failed to track a deep pass from Packers quarterback Jordan Love and instead tried to stop his defender from getting an interception. When he turned away from the ball to pay attention to Eagles cornerback Quinyon Mitchell, the ball ended up hitting him on the top of his helmet.
After the loss, Watson responded to a tweet that questioned, "Should Watson have caught this?" with a one-word response: "Yes."

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
While Watson's accountability should be respected, it will do little to provide solace for the Packers after they fell to 5-3-1 this season following their second straight loss. Watson led Green Bay with 45 receiving yards on two catches in a subpar performance by the team's offense.
After missing the first six games of the season while he continued his recovery from a torn ACL, Watson has produced eight catches for 188 yards in his three appearances. He has yet to reach the end zone while he tries to work his way back into form, but he will likely remain an integral part of the passing attack as the Packers chase a spot in the playoffs.
Watson and Green Bay will try to end their skid when the team faces the New York Giants (2-8) on Sunday.
