Mike McDaniel Reacts to Viral Photo Alleging He Trolled Bills Fans After Dolphins Win
Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel remained coy when asked about his brief stop at a Fort Lauderdale, Florida, bar after Sunday's 30-13 victory over the Buffalo Bills.
Based on a social media post, McDaniel pulled up to Elbo Room, which has become a favorite for visiting Bills fans:

Speaking with reporters Monday, McDaniel said he lives in the area but quipped the original photo could be AI-generated:
Beating a team from within your division is always satisfying. Sunday will have felt extra cathartic for McDaniel because of how much fans have questioned his job security.
NFL.com still only gives Miami (3-7) a one percent chance of making the playoffs. The Dolphins' performance against Buffalo at least provided McDaniel with some ammunition for why he should stick around.
Tua Tagovailoa went 15-of-21 for 173 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. Far bigger were De'Von Achane's 174 yards and two scores on the ground.
Miami's defense also forced three turnovers, including a fumble by Bills quarterback Josh Allen inside the final eight minutes with the Dolphins up by 10 points. Two plays after that, Achane broke free for a 59-yard touchdown that basically put the game out of reach.
Beyond the result, McDaniel's postgame taunting is likely to earn him more respect inside the locker room. Wide receiver Tyreek Hill reacted positively to the development on social media:
Granted, this trash talk will only inspire more ridicule toward the coach if Miami turns around and comes up short against the Washington Commanders, who are in the midst of a five-game losing streak.
