Watch Amarillo HS Football Keep Playoff Hopes Alive in 3-Way Coin Flip at Gas Station

A coin toss sent Amarillo High School into the Texas state playoffs.

The coaches for Amarillo, Lubbock High School and Caprock met at a gas station in Plainview for a three-way coin flip to determine who claimed a spot in the district round.

Anybody who read or watched Friday Night Lights will recall a similar scene played out in order for Permian High to make the state playoffs.
