Miguel Rojas Reveals How Drake Trolling Shohei Ohtani in IG Photos Motivated Dodgers
Drake, already in the midst of an up-and-down 2025, made things worse for himself by inadvertently providing motivation for the Los Angeles Dodgers during their World Series win over the Toronto Blue Jays.
Dodgers infielder Miguel Rojas, one of their many Game 7 heroes, told TMZ Sports they were well aware of Drake trolling Shohei Ohtani throughout the series and it helped provide them with additional motivation (starts at 6:15 mark).

"We got this guy right here, we all know who he is, but you don't have to do that, man," Rojas said. "Shohei Ohtani, he's been doing everything and anything for baseball, and that's kind of why Kiké [Hernandez] kind of had his moment there."
After the Blue Jays defeated the Dodgers in Game 5 to take a 3-2 series lead, Drake decided it was a good time to troll Ohtani specifically.
That was a good time for Drake to go all-in on the trolling. After his historic Game 3 in which he reached based in each of his nine plate appearances, Ohtani went 0-for-7 with three strikeouts in the next two games.
Unfortunately, the series doesn't end after five games. The Dodgers rebounded with a 3-1 win in Game 6 to force a decisive game.
Game 7 turned into a thriller that went to 11 innings thanks in no small part to Rojas' game-tying homer off Blue Jays closer Jeff Hoffman in the top of the ninth. The Dodgers won it on Will Smith's go-ahead homer in the top of the 11th.
Toronto had the game-tying run at third base with one out in the bottom of the inning, but Yoshinobu Yamamoto got Alejandro Kirk to ground into a double play to give the Dodgers their second consecutive World Series win.
