Week 10 Fantasy Football Rankings, Box Score Projections for Players with Top Matchups
It may seem hard to believe, but we're officially in the second half of the 2025 NFL season. Week 10 got underway with Thursday night's matchup between the Las Vegas Raiders and Denver Broncos. Another 13 games are on the remaining slate.
The Cincinnati Bengals, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs and Tennessee Titans are on bye this week.
Managers looking to get the most out of the rest of this week's games will want to target the top matchups. We'll examine the best of the best here, along with box-score projections for those matchups and updated point-per-reception (PPR) rankings for each key position.
As a reminder, the Atlanta Falcons and Indianapolis Colts will play in Germany on Sunday morning. Don't forget to set those lineups!
Quarterback

8. Jared Goff, Detroit Lions
9. Sam Darnold, Seattle Seahawks
10. Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
11. Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers
12. J.J. McCarthy, Minnesota Vikings
Matchup to Love: Caleb Williams vs. New York Giants
Quarterback Caleb Williams is starting to play up to his status as last year's No. 1 overall pick. While he hasn't produced the highs consistently, he's shown more frequent flashes under new Chicago Bears head coach Ben Johnson.
Williams was flat-out impressive in last week's back-and-forth battle with the Cincinnati Bengals. He threw for 280 yards and three touchdowns in that 47-42 track meet, while adding 53 yards on the ground.
Of course, it's worth noting that Cincinnati has the league's worst defense and has been quite fantasy-friendly to quarterbacks. The good news for Williams managers is that the New York Giants haven't been much better.
The Giants have surrendered the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks.
Week 10 Projection: 275 passing yards, 2 TDs, 48 rushing yards, 1 rushing TD

11. Jaylen Warren, Pittsburgh Steelers
12. Quinshon Judkins, Cleveland Browns
13. Derrick Henry, Baltimore Ravens
14. Breece Hall, New York Jets
15. Kyle Monangai, Chicago Bears
Matchup to Love: James Cook at Miami Dolphins
Buffalo Bills running back James Cook was out of practice on Wednesday with foot and ankle injuries, which likely alarmed many fantasy managers. However, he returned to practice on Thursday and appears poised to exploit one of the week's top matchups.
The Bills are set to visit the rival Miami Dolphins, who have struggled all season to corral opposing ball carriers. The Dolphins found enough juice to upset the Atlanta Falcons in Week 8 but fell to 2-7 in a blowout loss to the Baltimore Ravens last week.
Baltimore rushed for 150 yards in that game. On the season, the Dolphins have surrendered the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing RBs.
The last time the Bills and Dolphins faced off, Cook recorded three receptions and 118 scrimmage yards with one touchdown. He's likely to have similar numbers in the rematch.
Week 10 Projection: 2 catches, 121 scrimmage yards, 1 TD
Wide Receiver

1. Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions
2. Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Seattle Seahawks
3. Puka Nacua, Los Angeles Rams
4. Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings
5. Davante Adams, Los Angeles Rams
6. Emeka Egbuka, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
7. Drake London, Atlanta Falcons
8. Nico Collins, Houston Texans
9. Ladd McConkey, Los Angeles Chargers
10. Rome Odunze, Chicago Bears
11. Jaylen Waddle, Miami Dolphins
12. Zay Flowers, Baltimore Ravens
13. Michael Pittman Jr., Indianapolis Colts
14. A.J. Brown, Philadelphia Eagles
15. DeVonta Smith, Philadelphia Eagles
16. Wan'Dale Robinson, New York Giants
17. Marvin Harrison Jr., Arizona Cardinals
18. Chris Olave, New Orleans Saints
19. Stefon Diggs, New England Patriots
20. Tetairoa McMillan, Carolina Panthers
21. DK Metcalf, Pittsburgh Steelers
22. Deebo Samuel, Washington Commanders
23. Garrett Wilson, New York Jets
24. Jordan Addison, Minnesota Vikings
25. Jauan Jennings, San Francisco 49ers
Matchup to Love: Amon-Ra St. Brown at Washington Commanders
The Washington Commanders won't have Jayden Daniels for the foreseeable future because of his dislocated elbow. There's a good chance that the Detroit Lions will go ahead early and cruise to an easy victory against the Marcus Mariota-led Commanders.
For another team, that might mean easing up on the proverbial pedal. However, the Lions don't mind embarrassing an opponent, and they won't go into an offensive shell in a blowout. When Detroit thumped the Bears 52-21 in Week 2, Amon-Ra St. Brown caught nine passes for 115 yards and three touchdowns. Jared Goff threw 28 passes, including five touchdown strikes.
After losing to the Minnesota Vikings in Week 9, the Lions may be eager to rediscover their offensive rhythm. That could mean a huge outing for St. Brown—especially with Marshon Lattimore also out for Washington.
Week 10 Projection: 8 catches, 112 yards, 2 TDs
Tight End:

1. Trey McBride, Arizona Cardinals
2. Oronde Gadsden II, Los Angeles Chargers
3. Tyler Warren, Indianapolis Colts
4. Sam LaPorta, Detroit Lions
5. George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers
6. Dalton Kincaid, Buffalo Bills
7. Dallas Goedert, Philadelphia Eagles
8. Kyle Pitts, Atlanta Falcons
9. Colston Loveland, Chicago Bears
10. Theo Johnson, New York Giants
11. Harold Fannin Jr., Cleveland Browns
12. Mark Andrews, Baltimore Ravens
Matchup to Love: Oronde Gadsden II vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
The Los Angeles Chargers lost their second star offensive tackle of the season when Joe Alt went out last week. This means that Justin Herbert may have to heavily rely on quick passes and outlet targets against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.
Fortunately, the Chargers have a rising star in rookie tight end Oronde Gadsden II. The fifth-round pick out of Syracuse has become a fantasy sensation in recent weeks, reaching at least five receptions and 68 yards in four straight games.
Gadsden should have another strong outing this week against a Steelers defense that has struggled to slow opposing tight ends.
Pittsburgh has surrendered the second-most fantasy points to the position this season.
Week 10 Projection: 6 catches, 77 yards, 1 TD
