Stefon Diggs Announces Gender of Baby With Cardi B, Says Due Date Is 'Real Soon'

New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs said his girlfriend, rapper Cardi B, is expecting a boy, according to Kayla Grant and Michelle Lee of People Magazine.

"It's a boy. That's enough for me," Diggs said at the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards. "I can't wait to make him do push-ups and sit-ups and run around."

Per People, Diggs also spoke with Extra at the event and said the baby is due soon.

"It's supposed to happen real soon, so wish us both luck," Diggs said.

Both Diggs and Cardi B are also enjoying great success and happiness in their professional lives as well.

Diggs leads the Patriots in receiving with 45 receptions and 508 yards. The 31-year-old, who signed a three-year, $63.5 million contract with the team last offseason, has been instrumental in the team's dramatic turnaround. The 7-2 Pats currently lead the AFC East after finishing 4-13 the year before.

Cardi B just released her second studio album, Am I the Drama?, on Sept. 19. Like her 2018 debut album, Invasion of Privacy, it debuted at No. 1 on the US Billboard 200. Her upcoming Little Miss Drama Tour will begin in a few months time and run from Feb. 11-April 18, 2026 with stops in the United States and Canada.
