RGIII, Fans Call Out Dan Quinn Over Jayden Daniels Injury in Commanders' Blowout Loss
The Washington Commanders' playoff hopes took a major hit on Sunday when star quarterback Jayden Daniels suffered a gruesome arm injury in a loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
The injury occurred halfway through the fourth quarter when the Commanders were already down 38-7 and had a very slim chance of making a comeback. Still, head coach Dan Quinn opted to keep his starting quarterback in the game.
NFL fans called Quinn out for his decision on social media.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Obviously, injuries like the one Daniels suffered on Sunday can happen at any point in the game, but pulling him out of the game once things got out of hand would have been the best way to avoid the situation.
Unfortunately for the Commanders, they found themselves in a worst-case scenario against the Seahawks.
Daniels had an outstanding 2024 on his way to winning Offensive Rookie of the Year, but injuries have gotten in the way in 2025. Daniels had already missed three games before suffering the arm injury on Sunday, and he is presumably on his way to missing even more time.
In six games, Daniels has thrown for 1,184 yards, eight touchdowns and two interceptions, adding 262 yards and two touchdowns on the ground. He had 153 passing yards and an interception, plus 51 rushing yards and a score on the ground before exiting on Sunday.
Assuming Daniels is set to miss time, the Commanders will likely turn to the veteran Marcus Mariota, who has recorded 639 yards, four touchdowns and four interceptions while filling in for Daniels this year.
Washington fell to 3-6 with Sunday's loss, and its hopes of repeating last year's playoff success have grown very slim.
