Kayvon Thibodeaux Talks Giants Defense, Says 'S--t Is Unacceptable' After 49ers Loss
The New York Giants' defense has collapsed in recent weeks, and defensive end Kayvon Thibodeaux knows something needs to change.
After losing to the San Francisco 49ers 34-24 on Sunday, Thibodeaux didn't sugarcoat how he and his teammates played.
"That s--t is bad, man," Thibodeaux told reporters. "That s- -t is real bad. Everybody has to do a better job. That s- -t is unacceptable."

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Giants are giving up 382.1 yards per game, the third-worst mark in the NFL, and 27.7 points per game, the fifth-most in the NFL. Things have gotten especially bad in recent weeks, as New York has allowed 33 points, 38 points and 34 points against the Denver Broncos, Philadelphia Eagles and 49ers, respectively.
As Thibodeaux put it, those numbers are unacceptable, even for a 2-7 team with very little hope of making the postseason.
The Giants haven't been outstanding on offense, but they've at least been closer to average. If they could get a little bit more from their defense, they might be able to pick up a few wins to salvage the season a bit.
New York will look to fix its defensive woes starting next week against the Chicago Bears.
