Sam Darnold Wows Fans With 4 TDs as Seahawks Top Commanders Amid Jayden Daniels Injury
Sam Darnold carved apart the Washington Commanders in one of the best first-half performances you'll see all season in the NFL.
Darnold went a perfect 16-for-16 with 282 passing yards and four touchdowns as he led the Seattle Seahawks to 31 points before halftime. Darnold finished 21-for-24 with 330 passing yards in the 38-14 victory.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Darnold's four touchdown passes went to players further down the depth chart. Tory Horton caught a pair of scoring throws, while Elijah Arroyo and Cody White each scored their first-career NFL touchdowns.
Darnold's 282 first-half yards were more than he threw for four full games this season. He later went on to tie the franchise record for most consecutive completions in a game.
Unfortunately, the quarterback on the other end of the matchup left the game with a serious injury. Jayden Daniels hurt his left arm in the fourth quarter on a scramble.
As for Seattle, it is now 6-2 and it has a chance to reaffirm its status on top of the NFC West with two divisional contests coming up in the next two weeks, the latter of which is against the 6-2 Los Angeles Rams.
