Saquon Barkley Wows NFL Fans with 174 Yards as Eagles Top Giants Amid Skattebo Injury

Saquon Barkley's best performance of the 2025 NFL season came against his former team on Sunday.

The Philadelphia Eagles star totaled 174 yards in a victory over the New York Giants.

Barkley kicked off his huge day with a 65-yard touchdown run.

Barkley also caught a touchdown pass in the first half to help the Eagles break open a 21-10 halftime advantage over their divisional rival.

Barkley and the Eagles broke away before halftime against a Giants team that was without Cam Skattebo for most of the contest. Skattebo suffered a gruesome ankle injury in the second quarter.

Barkley also left the game with an injury. He suffered a groin issue and was listed as questionable to return. He did not come back into the game because of the Eagles' large margin of victory.

Barkley will have plenty of time to rest up, though, as the Eagles have a Week 9 bye and then play on Monday night in Week 10 against the Green Bay Packers.
