Week 7 Fantasy Football Rankings Positional Breakdown for Flex and PPR

Kristopher KnoxOct 17, 2025

We're one game into Week 7, and some managers may already be scrambling to play catch-up. Injuries have made several stars unavailable, and things aren't getting any easier this week.

The Baltimore Ravens and Buffalo Bills also happen to be on bye.

The good news is that some streamers have great matchups in Week 7, and a few sleepers are still likely to be available on the waiver wire. Here, you'll find a complete breakdown of all three flex positions for the remaining slate.

All rankings and analysis are based on point-per-reception (PPR) scoring.

Running Back

1 of 3
Bills Falcons Football
Falcons RB Bijan Robinson
  1. Bijan Robinson, Atlanta Falcons
  2. Jonathan Taylor, Indianapolis Colts
  3. Christian McCaffrey, San Francisco 49ers
  4. Jahmyr Gibbs, Detroit Lions
  5. Josh Jacobs, Green Bay Packers
  6. De'Von Achane, Miami Dolphins
  7. Javonte Williams, Dallas Cowboys
  8. Quinshon Judkins, Cleveland Browns
  9. Saquon Barkley, Philadelphia Eagles
  10. Kyren Williams, Los Angeles Rams
  11. Rachaad White, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
  12. Breece Hall, New York Jets
  13. Rico Dowdle, Carolina Panthers
  14. Ashton Jeanty, Las Vegas Raiders
  15. Jacory Croskey-Merritt, Washington Commanders
  16. J.K. Dobbins, Denver Broncos
  17. D'Andre Swift, Chicago Bears
  18. Cam Skattebo, New York Giants
  19. Kimani Vidal, Los Angeles Chargers
  20. Travis Etienne Jr., Jacksonville Jaguars

High-volume dual-threat running backs like Bijan Robinson, Jonathan Taylor and Christian McCaffrey are likely to lead RBs in scoring this week. Robinson could be particularly productive against a San Francisco 49ers defense that just lost star linebacker Fred Warner to injury.

The list of strong matchup-based plays includes Cleveland Browns running back Quinshon Judkins and Washington Commanders back Jacory Croskey-Merritt. The Browns and Commanders will face the Miami Dolphins and Dallas Cowboys, respectively.

Dallas has surrendered the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing RBs, while Miami has surrendered the fourth-most.

Los Angeles Chargers back Kimani Vidal is likely to see a significant workload for the second straight week as Omarion Hampton's replacement—though his matchup with the Indianapolis Colts isn't overly fantasy-friendly.

This week's waiver-wire pool is pretty limited, but New Orleans Saints back Kendre Miller is only rostered in 30 percent of Yahoo leagues and 23 percent of ESPN leagues.

Wide Receiver

  2. Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Seattle Seahawks
  3. Davante Adams, Los Angeles Rams
  4. Drake London, Atlanta Falcons
  5. Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings
  6. Nico Collins, Houston Texans
  7. CeeDee Lamb, Dallas Cowboys
  8. George Pickens, Dallas Cowboys
  9. Rashee Rice, Kansas City Chiefs
  10. Rome Odunze, Chicago Bears
  11. Jaylen Waddle, Miami Dolphins
  12. Xavier Worthy, Kansas City Chiefs
  13. Courtland Sutton, Denver Broncos
  14. Chris Olave, New Orleans Saints
  15. Ladd McConkey, Los Angeles Chargers
  16. Stefon Diggs, New England Patriots
  17. Keenan Allen, Los Angeles Chargers
  18. A.J. Brown, Philadelphia Eagles
  19. Brian Thomas Jr., Jacksonville Jaguars
  20. Kendrick Bourne, San Francisco 49ers
  21. Romeo Doubs, Green Bay Packers
  22. Wan'Dale Robinson, New York Giants
  23. DeVonta Smith, Philadelphia Eagles
  24. Tetairoa McMillan, Carolina Panthers
  25. Jordan Addison, Minnesota Vikings
  26. Jakobi Meyers, Las Vegas Raiders
  27. Jameson Williams, Detroit Lions
  28. Cooper Kupp, Seattle Seahawks
  29. Tre Tucker, Las Vegas Raiders
  30. Matthew Golden, Green Bay Packers

Ja'Marr Chase set the tone during Thursday night's win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He racked up 16 catches for 161 yards and a touchdown in a performance that will be tough to match.

Detroit Lions wideout Amon-Ra St. Brown might have a shot at keeping pace. Detroit is likely to be in a back-and-forth battle with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who rank just 21st in passing yards allowed.

PPR machine Jaxon Smith-Njigba is also likely to have a strong outing this week.

Commanders wideout Deebo Samuel was downgraded to out on Saturday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Terry McLaurin is also out, meaning Chris Moore and Luke McCaffrey could have some high-end sleeper value this week—and both are available in over 90 percent of ESPN and Yahoo leagues.

Dallas has surrendered the second-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers.

Managers in need of receiver help should also check to see if Tre Tucker is available. The Las Vegas Raiders pass-catcher is rostered in 58 percent of ESPN leagues and only 48 percent of Yahoo leagues. He topped 100 yards back in Week 3 and has had at least four receptions and 60 yards in each of his last two games.

Tight End

3 of 3
Titans Cardinals Football
Cardinals TE Trey McBride
  1. Trey McBride, Arizona Cardinals
  2. Tyler Warren, Indianapolis Colts
  3. Jake Ferguson, Dallas Cowboys
  4. Tucker Kraft, Green Bay Packers
  5. Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs
  6. Sam LaPorta, Detroit Lions
  7. Dallas Goedert, Philadelphia Eagles
  8. Harold Fannin Jr., Cleveland Browns
  9. Darren Waller, Miami Dolphins
  10. Hunter Henry, New England Patriots
  11. George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers
  12. Zach Ertz, Washington Commanders
  13. Michael Mayer, Las Vegas Raiders
  14. Mason Taylor, New York Jets
  15. Cade Otton, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

We should start out by noting that 49ers tight end George Kittle appears on track to return in Week 7. He might not be a top-tier play in his return—Jake Tonges is still on the roster, and the Falcons have a solid defense—but managers who kept him stashed have options.

The top option this week is Arizona Cardinals star Trey McBride. Already the focal point of Arizona's offense, McBride thrived with Jacoby Brissett behind center last week. Now, he'll face a Green Bay Packers defense that has surrendered the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing TEs.

New York Jets tight end Mason Taylor is a high-ceiling sleeper this week, one who might be available on the wire. He's rostered in 38 percent of Yahoo leagues and 28 percent of ESPN leagues.

While Taylor only had a single catch in Week 6, he caught 14 combined passes over his previous two games. With Garrett Wilson (knee) expected to miss time, Taylor could be New York's No. 1 target this week.

The Jets are set to host the Carolina Panthers, who have surrendered the third-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends.
