Week 7 Fantasy Football Cheat Sheet for Deep NFL Sleepers to Target
If you're a fantasy football manager who feels like you're quickly running out of starters, you're not alone. The 2025 NFL season has brought a parade of significant injuries, and that continued in Week 6.
Puka Nacua, Marvin Harrison Jr., Garrett Wilson and Emeka Egbuka were among last week's injured players who must, at the very least, be monitored this week.
Bye weeks aren't helping matters, and the Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens will both be off in Week 7.
Fortunately, a few viable starters might still be available in your league. Before we get into this week's top sleepers, though, let's run through some updated point-per-reception (PPR) flex rankings.

Deep Sleeper: Tyjae Spears, RB, Tennessee Titans

Tennessee Titans running back Tyjae Spears has been back in the lineup for two games, and while he's been eased into the lineup, that could soon change.
After logging just four carries in Week 5, Spears saw five carries and four receptions in Week 6. With interim head coach Mike McCoy taking over for the recently fired Brian Callahan, Spears could see an even bigger role.
McCoy will likely be looking to shake things up, and starting back Tony Pollard hasn't been overly effective this season. Tennessee has a tough matchup against the New England Patriots this week, but now's the time to scoop up Spears.
Spears is still available in roughly 75 percent of Yahoo and ESPN leagues.
Deep Sleeper: Kayshon Boutte, WR, New England Patriots

Don't look now, but the Patriots are quickly becoming a significant factor in the AFC playoff race. At 4-2, the Patriots have taken control of the AFC East, and they've won three straight.
Second-year quarterback Drake Maye is quietly entering the MVP conversation, and he's helping to raise the value of New England's wide receivers. Kayshon Boutte hasn't been particularly consistent, but he's coming off his second big game of 2025.
Boutte had six catches for 103 yards back in Week 1. He had five catches for 93 yards and two touchdowns this past Sunday. He could have another strong outing this week against a middle-of-the-road Titans defense (16th-most fantasy points surrendered to WRs).
The third-year receiver is rostered in just 10 percent of Yahoo leagues and 16 percent of ESPN leagues.
