Travis, Jason Kelce Reveal Cheat Meals to The Rock, Travis Hypes Taylor Swift's Baking

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has been known for his legendary cheat day meals while maintaining his chiseled physique, and he's not alone in chowing down when the time is right.

During The Rock's appearance on the New Heights podcast (59:40 mark), he asked Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and his brother, Jason, about their cheat day routines, and they revealed the wonders of "Fat Guy Fridays," as the cheat day typically falls two days before game day.

"I'm getting wings, as many as I can put on a plate, blue cheese, each and every little flavor, pizza, and then I'm gonna finish it off with some ice cream. That's my, just stereotypically, that's what I had every Friday, for the most part," said Jason, who is a former center for the Philadelphia Eagles.

"I'm still playing, so I don't even know if I should be telling everybody," Travis said. "... I just go in and I get two nice, fluffy, glazed donuts, and that's just where I start before practice. And then once practice ends, I usually grab some barbecue and just enjoy."

Travis added that his cheat day meals have evolved since starting his relationship with his now-fiancee Taylor Swift, who is an avid baker.

"I will say, it has gone up a level since Taylor has come into the picture, because she loves to bake," Travis said. "Sourdough Pop-Tarts, sourdough cookies, it goes on and on. She loves to make cinnamon rolls."

Despite their indulgence here and there, the Kelces made it clear that they're usually strict about their diet during the week, and their routines have certainly paid off after becoming two of the best to ever play their respective positions in the NFL.
