Mike McDaniel Admits Dolphins Owner Was 'Really Frustrated' After Loss to Panthers
Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross was less than thrilled after the Miami Dolphins lost against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, 27-24, dropping their record to 1-4 on the season.
"He was really frustrated, just like I was," head coach Mike McDaniel told reporters Monday. "We talked about the challenge ahead to get ready for the Los Angeles Chargers, and that was really the extent of it."

Re-Drafting Every Team's Worst Draft Pick of the Century 😡
It was one thing to start the season with losses to the Indianapolis Colts, New England Patriots and Buffalo Bills, all teams with winning records thus far this season. But the Panthers were just 1-3 coming into Sunday and generally regarded as one of the poorer teams in the NFL, the sort of game that Miami would have expected to win—and would have won in years past under McDaniel.
"It's frustrating because there's a lot of talking, and we need to major in doing," he told reporters. "I don't think anybody wants to hear me talk about it as much as I don't feel like saying it, but it doesn't change the steadfast reality that is: You have to get better at things or you'll continue having the same results."
